ISEB certificate in Organisational Context - Course Overview

The ISEB certificate course in Organisational Context provides Business Analysts with a high level view of different types of business; the view that may be seen from the CEO/Board of Directors perspective. For an ambitious Business Analyst who wishes to aim to be a Business Change Manager, then this course is ideal.

The Organisational Context course examines how businesses may be structured and how different management approaches can be employed to effectively manage those structures. Key isues such as the consequences of going for a growth strategy, removing inefficient working practices or dealing with difficult employees are answered. Areas such as Financial and Management Accounting, Investment Appraisal, Budgeting and Legal issues are also covered.

Holders of the ISEB Certificate in Organisational Context should be able to:
