Metadata is an organisation that combines strong academic expertise with extensive practical experience gained in the commercial and public sectors. This means that our clients can be confident that our courses deliver the latest thinking in best practice with lots of practical examples to bring theory to life. Our core team members are:

Dr MIKE GOODLAND
Dr Mike Goodland has been working in IT for more than 20 years as a business analyst, consultant, trainer, author and university lecturer. He was instrumental in the development of business analysis and systems development methods for the UK government and his books on that method (SSADM) have sold more than 40,000 copies.
Mike has developed courses in business analysis that have been sold to many organisations (indeed you may find that other ISEB course providers are using our materials under licence) and given hundreds of courses on this and related areas. He also has considerable practical experience through working as a consultant on many key strategic projects. Coupled with his academic and teaching experience, this ensures that as a tutor you are getting someone whose knowledge is ‘second to none’.
