Programme and Project Management
We offer Programme and Project Management coaching and consultancy, particularly aimed at those using PRINCE2™ and MSP™. We specialise in advising on how to apply the methodologies in practice. The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) owns both methodologies and recognises that they should to be tailored to the needs of particular projects and programmes. Even if you have passed the Foundation or Practitioner exams, It is not easy to make the right decisions on tailoring, particularly the first time you apply the methods for real. We have highly experienced Programme and Project Managers who know the methods inside out and who also have very successful track records of delivering business change. We can offer flexible packages of support - some examples- A few days' advice to help with specific tasks such as designing the project organisation or producing the project plan.
- Ongoing coaching on a particular aspect of the project, eg stakeholder management
- Support and advice on applying the methodology through the life of the project
